Something new. What’s this blue “f Connect” button in the top right user box area?!

Once you log in to your Duplays.com account, you can now use Facebook Connect to link accounts.

What will happen?

• The big blue “f Connect” button will be replaced by “You are connected to facebook”
• We’ll  put a short one-line post on your Facebook wall telling your friends that you have “registered to play sports in the UAE on DUPLAYS.com”.
• Your Facebook profile photo will appear in the League Members and Message Box areas for each of your leagues.
• When you join a league, we’ll put another one-line post on your wall telling your friends about the league you’ve just joined.



• That’s it! We hope adding Facebook Connect makes it easier for you and your friends to discover our new and exciting sport leagues. Dodgeball, anyone?!

Note: For now you’ll need to make sure it says “connected to facebook” in black, not the blue “Connect” button, when joining a league to have it posted  to your wall.  This is an early release and we’ll be improving the experience based on your feedback. So please,  leave us a comment and some feedback.

Update: FIXED. We’re back online after taking the site offline for 20min to fix some problems. We’ve fixed the page loading errors and everyone should now receive the mailers.

FIXED –  1. Some (new) users were not being sent emails from the league administrator.

FIXED – 2. Random pages were not loading correctly and redirecting to the homepage. 

Suggestion: Get in the habit of checking your league’s page for the latest updates and announcements for EACH league that you are a member of.  League pages carry the most up to date information about your leagues’ schedules and announcements.
